All I'm going to say is that the dating scene in Westchester is difficult to manage. Things didn't work out, and that's unfortunate, but it's OK in the end. There will be others, other chances, other opportunities.

I still enjoyed the time I had.

I just hit a Personal Best in the gym this morning.

Cleared 235 kg on the bench press.

I'm very proud of me. Perhaps tomorrow this smile will leave my face, but I doubt it.

Now I should go hit Muscle Beach, see if I can hit a PB as Colossus as well. Rack 'em up for 72.5K kilos, see if I can rep that.

If I hit that PB as well, I apologize in advance to those with enhanced hearing.

Maybe I'll celebrate with an art project. Been something I've been meaning to do for a while now...

It was good to have post-workout meal with Kayl Taylerovitch but ow, my head. Too much Amerikan beer, not enough vodka. But still, was good analysis post-op and creation of training plan!

Next time, Kayl, we get good Russian post-op meal. Then we see how healing factor deals with Russian Standard, da?

Does anyone here lift? Please tell me there's some good gyms here or nearby. I need to lift heavy things and put them back down again.

I've been in the US for a while now - I am Russian by birth and proud of it. This is a strange country but there's a lot to like about it. So many people, wild variations, and the _food_.
