It was good to have post-workout meal with Kayl Taylerovitch but ow, my head. Too much Amerikan beer, not enough vodka. But still, was good analysis post-op and creation of training plan!

Next time, Kayl, we get good Russian post-op meal. Then we see how healing factor deals with Russian Standard, da?

Oh no this is definitely how The Borscht Incident happens again. Nobody wants a repeat of that.

I like all of the components of borscht but apparently not together and not after a night of being introduced to vodka. Never trying to match someone shot for shot again.

Don't think Dad would be proud of me for any part of that night except where I did remember to drink some water at the end. Not that it helped.

Healing factor means that it takes me injuring myself AND drinking the heavy stuff so when we try, bring a pineapple.

Okay, so I'm guessing the name Kayl is me in Russian and that Taylerovitch is? Google says that'd be a middle name in Russia with my dad's name. That's cool as hell. I'm text him about this if that's right.
